An online forum designed to build leadership qualities among Texas educators will be made available to interested teachers throughout the month of February.

Registration is currently open for the Grow Leadership Conference. The event will consist of 13 sessions and two panels of leaders discussing state and national perspectives. The content which spans approximately seven hours can be accessed by conference participants at their leisure, the Texas Elementary Principals and Supervisors Association (TEPSA) reported.

The goal of the conference is to ensure staff members have the confidence and tools for leadership, citing 99% of campus plans have identified growth as a strategy.

“The amazing speakers and leadership activities left our team renewed in purpose and inspired to lead positive changes to every level of our district. I highly recommend that all administrators and teacher leaders take advantage of this opportunity to reflect, network and re-focus your efforts to make a difference in the lives of students,” a 2019 attendee said, TEPSA reported.

Enrollment for an individual costs $199. For two to nine the cost is $179 per attendee while 10 or more is $159 each. Enrollment can be completed online.
