Economically disadvantaged students at WAY Michigan scored 816.4 on average in the 2017-2018 academic year, a better result than the average for all students in the school, according to the SAT results reported by the Michigan Department of Education's 2018 Michigan Merit Examination (MME).

Statewide, economically disadvantaged students scored 912.3 on average in the 2017-2018 academic year.

MME's primary purpose is to provide a snapshot of end-of-year student learning across the state.
