Students in foster care at Lighthouse Academy average 407.5 on the SAT math test (2017-2018)

Students in foster care scored 407.5 on average on the SAT math test at Lighthouse Academy during the 2017-2018 academic year, a better result than the overall average for all students in the school, according to the Michigan Department of Educations' 2018 Michigan Merit Examination (MME).

Overall in the state, students in foster care scored 409.2 on average on the SAT math test in the 2017-2018 academic year.

MME's primary purpose is to provide a snapshot of end-of-year student learning across the state.
