Monroe ISD ranks 10th among public school districts in Michigan with an average overall score of 1,155.4 among students who took the SAT exam in the 2017-2018 academic year, according to the Michigan Department of Education's 2018 Michigan Merit Examination (MME) report.

MME's primary purpose is to provide a snapshot of end-of-year student learning across the state.
