Asian students at Portage Northern High School score 1,216.4 on average on the SAT (2018-2019)

Asian students at Portage Northern High School scored 1,216.4 on average in the 2018-2019 academic year, a better result than the average for all students in the school, according to the SAT results reported by the Michigan Department of Education's 2019 Michigan Merit Examination (MME).

Statewide, Asian students scored 1,164 on average in the 2018-2019 academic year.

MME's primary purpose is to provide a snapshot of end-of-year student learning across the state.
