Report: Georgetown-Ridge Farm School District spent $10,817 per student in 2019-20

Spending per pupil at Georgetown-Ridge Farm Community Unit School District 4 was up 13.6 percent from five years ago, according to the Education Daily Wire analysis of the latest Illinois schools report card district finances.

The Illinois State Board of Education 2019-20 report card showed the Vermilion County school district spent $9,523 per pupil in 2015-16. It spent $10,817 in 2019-20.

The district's enrollment fell from 1,071 to 929 students over the same period.

Georgetown-Ridge Farm's spending in 2019-20 was 25.4 percent lower than the state average of $14,492.
