Report: Country Club Hills School District spent $13,557 per student in 2019-20

Spending per pupil at Country Club Hills School District 160 was up 6.6 percent from five years ago, according to the Education Daily Wire analysis of the latest Illinois schools report card district finances.

The Illinois State Board of Education 2019-20 report card showed the Cook County school district spent $12,716 per pupil in 2015-16. It spent $13,557 in 2019-20.

The district's enrollment rose from 1,199 to 1,321 students over the same period.

Country Club Hills's spending in 2019-20 was 6.5 percent lower than the state average of $14,492.
