Report: Aptakisic-Tripp School District spent $15,579 per student in 2019-20

Spending per pupil at Aptakisic-Tripp Community Consolidated School District 102 was up 1.3 percent from five years ago, according to the Education Daily Wire analysis of the latest Illinois schools report card district finances.

The Illinois State Board of Education 2019-20 report card showed the Lake County school district spent $15,379 per pupil in 2015-16. It spent $15,579 in 2019-20.

The district's enrollment rose from 2,225 to 2,547 students over the same period.

Aptakisic-Tripp's spending in 2019-20 was 7.5 percent higher than the state average of $14,492.
