As part of Governor Josh Shapiro's initiative to enhance road safety, various Pennsylvania state departments and safety advocates will gather at Northeastern High School in Manchester. The event aims to improve motorcycle safety and promote rider training across all age groups.
Key participants include Mike Carroll, Secretary of PennDOT; Kara Templeton, Deputy Secretary of PennDOT Driver and Vehicle Services; Major Robert Krol, Director of the Bureau of Patrol for the Pennsylvania State Police; Amy Lena, Deputy Secretary of Secondary and Elementary Education for the PA Department of Education; Shannen Logue, Commissioner for Product Regulation at the Pennsylvania Insurance Commission; and Dr. Jason R. Bottiglieri, Superintendent of Northeastern School District.
