The North Dakota Department of Public Instruction has released a Request for Proposals (RFP) to aid in the extraction and cleanup of existing state-level and LEA/District-level data from PowerSchool and TieNet. The chosen vendor will also assist in aligning this data with Infinite Campus' pre-defined schemas.

The RFP aims to enhance state and local technical resources, facilitating a smooth transition to the new Student Information System, Infinite Campus. After data extraction and alignment with Infinite Campus standards, DPI and LEAs will collaborate with their implementation team for further cleanup and import activities.

Key dates in the process include the RFP issuance in June 2025, proposal deadline in July 2025, vendor selection in August 2025, and commencement of data extraction activities between August and September 2025.
