The Kansas State Department of Education (KSDE) has released the July 31 edition of its KSDEweekly newsletter. This issue features coverage of the Great Ideas in Education Conference, which focused on implementing KESA 2.0 in classrooms. The newsletter also includes updates from the KSDE Early Childhood team as preparations continue for the upcoming school year. Additional topics include training opportunities related to the Elementary and Secondary Education Act (ESEA) and a request for volunteers interested in higher education accreditation reviewer training.
