Governor Josh Shapiro and Rick Siger, Secretary of the Pennsylvania Department of Community and Economic Development, are scheduled to visit Eos Energy Enterprises in Turtle Creek on October 21, 2025. The visit will include a major economic development announcement.
The event will also feature Joe Mastrangelo, CEO of Eos Energy; Allegheny County Executive Sara Innamorato; Bernie Hall, USW District 10 Director; and Stefani Pashman, CEO of the Allegheny Conference on Community Development.
Since Governor Shapiro took office, his administration has secured more than $25.6 billion in private sector investments across Pennsylvania. These efforts have led to the creation of nearly 12,500 jobs statewide. The administration’s initiatives include launching an Economic Development Strategy for the state, obtaining significant funding for site development projects, and working to streamline permitting, licensing, and certification processes.
The announcement is set for 1:00 PM at Eos Energy Enterprises located at 200 Braddock Ave in Turtle Creek.
