A recording of the Infinite Campus Learning Experience Preview webinar is now available on the North Dakota Department of Public Instruction’s (NDDPI) BRIDGE site. The session provides an overview for districts about what to expect during the implementation phases of North Dakota’s K-12 Data Modernization initiative.

Districts across North Dakota are progressing with their implementation activities. According to the department, over 90% of districts have completed their Introduction to Implementation Call, which is the initial meeting with their project manager. Additionally, 70% have either scheduled or finished their Implementation Plan Meeting, where they meet the full project team and establish milestones. Districts unsure about their current status can consult the North Dakota District Implementation List.

Regional Education Association (REA) team members who plan to support districts in this process are advised on several steps regarding participation in Infinite Campus Fundamentals Training:

To join a district implementation team, REA staff should contact a district they intend to support. The district must then add them to its implementation team list and provide Infinite Campus with their contact information.

Even if supporting multiple districts, REA staff only need to be added to one district’s implementation team list for access.

After submission of information by a district, REA staff will receive access to Campus Community, Infinite Campus’s training platform. This allows registration for and completion of Fundamentals modules.

Infinite Campus recommends using a consistent email domain—preferably from a district or REA—to simplify setup between Campus Community and Single Sign-On (SSO). However, it is clarified that “REA staff may use their existing email credentials if that is what districts request. This is technically supported. Districts can submit an REA staff member’s current email address in their staff upload file to provide access through Campus Passport.”

The BRIDGE team has scheduled live Office Hours for November 19 at noon and at 4 p.m., offering opportunities for discussion and questions. Recordings from October Office Hours are also available for those seeking updates on recent developments.

Further details and updates can be found on the BRIDGE webpage or by contacting BRIDGE@nd.gov.
