Report: St. Libory School District spent $10,559 per student in 2019-20

Spending per pupil at St. Libory Consolidated School District 30 was up 31.2 percent from five years ago, according to the Education Daily Wire analysis of the latest Illinois schools report card district finances.

The Illinois State Board of Education 2019-20 report card showed the Saint Clair County school district spent $8,049 per pupil in 2015-16. It spent $10,559 in 2019-20.

The district's enrollment fell from 86 to 58 students over the same period.

St. Libory's spending in 2019-20 was 27.1 percent lower than the state average of $14,492.
