Report: Willow Springs School District spent $15,328 per student in 2019-20

Spending per pupil at Willow Springs School District 108 was up 37.7 percent from five years ago, according to the Education Daily Wire analysis of the latest Illinois schools report card district finances.

The Illinois State Board of Education 2019-20 report card showed the Cook County school district spent $11,131 per pupil in 2015-16. It spent $15,328 in 2019-20.

The district's enrollment fell from 388 to 354 students over the same period.

Willow Springs's spending in 2019-20 was 5.8 percent higher than the state average of $14,492.
