The Governor’s Office is currently in search of a student to serve as a member on the State Board of Education. The role spans a two-year term: the first year as a non-voting member, followed by a year as a voting member. The call is open for rising sophomores and juniors, who are encouraged to submit their applications using the Application for Gubernatorial Appointment form. The deadline for applications is set for Monday, April 28.
