The Wyoming Department of Education (WDE) is inviting public feedback on the Chapter 1 Rules concerning the Wyoming Charter School Authorizing Board. The process includes recording all comments verbatim on the Secretary of State's website, with each submitter's name and city of residence included. Interested parties can access the public comment form to review the statement of reasons for proposed changes, as well as versions of the rule sets that highlight amendments.
