Character.org and CharacterPlus have announced that TiliT, a Brazilian company offering shared executive co-working spaces, is the first recipient of the Character Excellence in the Workplace Recognition. This recognition highlights organizations that intentionally promote a culture based on integrity, respect, and shared values to help individuals and teams succeed.
Perky Ibarra, founder of Instituto Champrett, coached TiliT to align its organizational practices with core character principles. Mike Park, CEO of CharacterPlus, stated: “TiliT exemplifies how businesses can lead with character and positively influence both their employees and their communities. Their commitment to embedding character into everyday interactions and decision-making is inspiring.”
The Character Excellence in the Workplace recognition was created by Character.org and CharacterPlus as part of an effort to extend their mission beyond schools and support organizations globally in building cultures where character is fundamental to success.
