Attorney General Dave Sunday has announced an expansion of the Law Enforcement Treatment Initiative (LETI) to include behavioral and mental health services for participants. The new component will first be implemented in Columbia, Montour, Snyder, and Union counties.
The LETI program is led by law enforcement and is designed to help Pennsylvanians seeking treatment by connecting them with local law enforcement, county officials, and community partners who can direct them to needed services.
A press event announcing the expansion will take place at 11 a.m. on Monday, October 6, 2025, at the Union County Government Center in Lewisburg. Attorney General Sunday will be joined by district attorneys Daniel Lynn (Columbia County), Angela Mattis (Montour County), Heath Brosius (Snyder County), Brian Kerstetter (Union County), as well as Mary Lyn Cadman from CMSU Behavioral Health and Developmental Services.
"PA LETI is a law enforcement-led treatment initiative that allows Pennsylvanians seeking treatment as to use their local law enforcement, county officials, and community stakeholders, to contact the treatment services they need," according to the announcement.
