The Pennsylvania State Police held a press conference at Troop H in Chambersburg to provide more details about a recent shooting that left two troopers injured. The incident took place on October 8 along Interstate 81 South, near Exit 3 in Guilford Township, Franklin County. The shooting followed a retail theft and a subsequent police pursuit.
