The Wyoming Department of Education has announced it is seeking public input on proposed Chapter 48 Rules, which are related to the recent passage of Enrolled Act 45 during the 2025 legislative session. Members of the public can submit their comments online or by emailing kimberly.wyman@wyo.gov until 11:59 p.m. on December 12.

According to the department, individuals interested in learning more about the proposed changes can review a public comment form that includes a statement explaining the reasons for the amendments, as well as versions of the rule sets showing additions and deletions. The department noted that all submitted comments will be documented verbatim on the Secretary of State website, along with each submitter’s name and city of residence, as part of the official rules process.
