Secretary of the Commonwealth Al Schmidt has urged Pennsylvania residents who plan to vote in person during tomorrow's municipal election to consult official voter information resources. Voters are encouraged to visit https://www.pa.gov/agencies/vote.html and vote.pa.gov for comprehensive details on voting procedures.
Schmidt also announced that unofficial election results from all 67 counties will be available after polls close at 8 p.m. These results, including statewide contests and judicial retention races, can be accessed at the Department of State's elections return site, electionreturns.pa.gov.
"Municipal elections like this year's are important because this is when voters choose the local officials who make decisions that impact their day-to-day lives," Schmidt said. "The Department of State wants to ensure that every registered voter can make their voice heard and cast their ballot safely and securely."
