English language learners at Star International Academy scored 836.4 on average in the 2017-2018 academic year, a worse result than the average for all students in the school, according to the SAT results reported by the Michigan Department of Education's 2018 Michigan Merit Examination (MME).

Statewide, English language learners scored 842.4 on average in the 2017-2018 academic year.

MME's primary purpose is to provide a snapshot of end-of-year student learning across the state.
