Report: Shiloh Village School District spent $9,209 per student in 2019-20

Spending per pupil at Shiloh Village School District 85 was up 1.3 percent from five years ago, according to the Education Daily Wire analysis of the latest Illinois schools report card district finances.

The Illinois State Board of Education 2019-20 report card showed the Saint Clair County school district spent $9,090 per pupil in 2015-16. It spent $9,209 in 2019-20.

The district's enrollment fell from 587 to 570 students over the same period.

Shiloh Village's spending in 2019-20 was 36.5 percent lower than the state average of $14,492.
