Report: Northbrook/Glenview School District spent $19,928 per student in 2019-20

Spending per pupil at Northbrook/Glenview School District 30 was up 9 percent from five years ago, according to the Education Daily Wire analysis of the latest Illinois schools report card district finances.

The Illinois State Board of Education 2019-20 report card showed the Cook County school district spent $18,288 per pupil in 2015-16. It spent $19,928 in 2019-20.

The district's enrollment rose from 1,130 to 1,210 students over the same period.

Northbrook/Glenview's spending in 2019-20 was 37.5 percent higher than the state average of $14,492.
