Report: Lincolnshire Prairie View School District spent $17,037 per student in 2019-20

Spending per pupil at Lincolnshire Prairie View School District 103 was up 4 percent from five years ago, according to the Education Daily Wire analysis of the latest Illinois schools report card district finances.

The Illinois State Board of Education 2019-20 report card showed the Lake County school district spent $16,382 per pupil in 2015-16. It spent $17,037 in 2019-20.

The district's enrollment rose from 1,706 to 1,866 students over the same period.

Lincolnshire Prairie View's spending in 2019-20 was 17.6 percent higher than the state average of $14,492.
