Report: Center Cass School District spent $13,369 per student in 2019-20

Spending per pupil at Center Cass School District 66 was up 7.6 percent from five years ago, according to the Education Daily Wire analysis of the latest Illinois schools report card district finances.

The Illinois State Board of Education 2019-20 report card showed the Dupage County school district spent $12,429 per pupil in 2015-16. It spent $13,369 in 2019-20.

The district's enrollment rose from 986 to 1,083 students over the same period.

Center Cass's spending in 2019-20 was 7.7 percent lower than the state average of $14,492.
